At Mushio, every garment is made especially for you, with love, care, and attention to the tiniest details. Since good things shouldn’t be rushed, please allow us approximately 12-15 business days for your order to be lovingly made and dispatched.

Good news! We ship free across India. Your shipping costs are already included in the price, so there are no extra surprises at checkout. Just beautiful clothes coming your way!

Need it a little sooner? We understand that some occasions simply can’t wait! If you have an urgent order, drop us an email or WhatsApp us at +91 9870144193. We’ll do our very best to make it reach you sooner.

Is your pincode playing hard to get? In the rare event that your location is difficult to service or falls outside our courier network, write to us at contact@mushioindia.com. We’ll explore every possible way to get your Mushio treasures to you.

CANCELLATION

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for you. This includes processing, embroideries, finishing, quality checks and packing. Since the process starts right away, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

A little note about our fabrics

Since we work with handloom fabrics, slight variations in colour, texture, and weave are natural. These are part of the beauty of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns. However, we offer size exchanges on eligible products, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Please note that anti-fit styles, dupattas, custom-made pieces, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.

Received a damaged product?

We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. Once the product passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated from our end and should reflect in your bank account within 7–10 days.

How to request an exchange

To request a size exchange, email us at contact@mushioindia.com/ whatsapp at +91 9870144193 with your order number and exchange details. Our team will get back to you within 5 working days.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Mushio reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the garment shows any signs of wear, use, or damage.

If your desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued valid for 3 months. Cash On Delivery Charges (COD) are not refundable.

A note during sale periods

During sale periods, exchanges for different styles or products are not permitted. Only size exchanges will be considered for eligible items.

International Orders 🌍

Good news! We ship internationally, too.

International shipping charges are borne by the customer and will be communicated at the time of placing the order. To place an international order, please email us at contact@mushioindia.com.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer. Mushio is not responsible for these charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in preparing your order for its journey to you. However, Mushio is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to us at contact@mushioindia.com, and we’ll do our best to guide you through the process.
