Shipping, Cancellation and Return Policy

    SHIPPING

    All of our garments take about 2-3 weeks to make and dispatch. We strive to deliver your clothes within three weeks of receiving your order.
    Mushio provides free shipping India-wide. Shipping charges are included in all of our product prices.

    In the extremely rare event that your delivery pin code is unserviceable or difficult to courier to, please contact us at contact@mushioindia.com. We will see what we can do to get the garment to you.

    CANCELLATION

    We do not accept cancellation once a product has been packed or shipped to you, as most of our clothes are hand-made and hand-embroidered to order.

    EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

    Every piece created and manufactured in Mushio is subjected to rigorous quality control. Unevenness in print colour and texture is a gorgeous attribute of natural processes, not a flaw.
    We do not promote exchanges once a product has been sold and received by you, as most of our clothes are hand-made and hand-embroidered to order.
    Any item purchased can be exchanged for a larger or smaller size. If the size you want isn’t available, we’ll give you a three-month shop credit.
    Before making a purchase, check out our size chart. If you have any questions about size, fabric, or fit, kindly whatsapp us at +91 987014413 or email us at contact@mushioindia.com with the subject: “QUERY”.

    Please email us at contact@mushioindia.com with subject: “RETURNS” within 3 days of receiving your order if you have received a defective product. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
    No exchange and refund on discounted items.
    Mushio team holds the right to NOT accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

    REFUND

    Due to the time and labour that goes into each product, we do not provide refunds. Only fulfilment mistakes, such as mistakenly sent or missing items, result in refunds. Within one week of initiation, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
